More than just grades.

Applying to dental school is very competitive and a successful applicant will have shown through their application that they're more than just great marks. Candidates who show varied interests are more likely to move onto the interview stage and become that much closer to getting into dental school. Extra-curricular activities, volunteering and work-experience should all be mentioned in your personal statement and, where relevant, at interview. It's great if you can link your experiences to your desire to become a dentist. Use your passions and interests to help you to stand out.
